The original samples, recordings, loops, stems, MIDI files, SFX, tags, and other source materials remain the property of Industry Sounds. Your purchase grants a license to use the source materials in your own productions—it does not transfer ownership of the source files.
The samples may not be resold, redistributed, sublicensed, uploaded, repackaged, or made available as standalone sounds or as part of another sample library, sound pack, preset collection, or competing product.
Finished works incorporating Industry Sounds material may be commercially released, distributed, streamed, performed, and monetized under this royalty-free license. For major-label or professional distribution, Industry Sounds retains ownership of the underlying source materials and should receive appropriate production/sample credit where technically and commercially applicable.
